Marisa's MEDITATIONS ON THE 14 STATIONS OF THE CROSS is a 45 minute work for viola and piano and consists of fourteen short pieces, each based a different 'station of the cross'. The pieces were inspired by the paintings of the stations by the late British artist, Norman Adams, which are housed at St Mary's Church, The Hidden Gem, in Manchester UK.  Marisa and her husband, Dan, performed these pieces at the same church in April 2017, surrounded by the actual paintings.  The artist's son, Benjamin Adams spoke to the audience beforehand.
